Breast Augmentation

After breastfeeding my children and losing weight over the years I ended up with virtually no breast tissue. I became very self conscious and always wore padded bras. Eventually I decided to do something about it and researched surgery abroad as was much cheaper than in the U.K. Belgium came out top in terms of price and safety and I booked appointments in London with several cosmetic surgery companies. Dr Oelbrandt saw me in person which not all companies do and spent a lot of time explaining the outcome that I could expect. I tried out different implants and he answered all my questions. I booked my surgery in Beveren Belgium for a few months later and in between I was sent lots of information and my additional questions were answered via email. I was advised on the pre surgery health checks snd tests to have done at my GPs. I discussed it all with my GP which I would advise evetyone to do. We drove over to Belgium via the ferry and it was all very easy . Hotel Beveren is very close and comfortable. On the morning of the surgery I got to the clinic early and signed all the paperwork. The medical staff were very friendly and kind and all spoke fluent English so no communication problems. When I came round I was lying on a heated bed wearing a red fluffy dressing gown with a glass of Coke next to me so very different from the usual NHS experience! I went back to the hotel in the afternoon and felt fine. We stayed 2 more nights which I was glad of . There is some pain and lots of btuising for the first week or two especially where the scars are but by 6 weeks it all felt fine. I was careful to wear the sports bra for 8 weeks and not do anything strenuous . Four months later my breasts look and feel great. They gradually soften and drop a bit after the surgery and now look very natural. I am back swimming and doing everything I did before. I am very pleased with the results and have gone from AA to C cup with 220 c implants. I am much more confident now especially in a swimming costume! My husband thinks they are great too ???? Dr Oelbrandt is a brilliant surgeon and I would not hesitate to recommend him.
