Consultation review: Professional, Candid, Helpful Consultation

I went to Cosmetic Surgery Associates for a consultation based on the excellent reviews here on realself and - though I've just had a consultation (so far) - I'm here to reinforce the positive assessments. My appointment was with Trish, an RN, to discuss the annoying neck laxity I've developed over the past few years.
Trish was terrific. She provided a thorough assessment and explained my options - from SkinTyte to a partial face-lift (a few more years down the line). She also gave me recommendations for procedures to improve my facial skin as I try to tackle age spots - BBL and micro-needling with PRP. Talking to Trish was like hearing advice from a trusted, straightforward friend who just happens to be armed with tremendous expertise.
