I had my surgery 4 years ago and still suffering and regret it every time I see myself in the mirror. The day after the surgery I noticed my face doesn't look right. First Richards told me my face was uneven because of the swelling due to the surgery and the swelling would go down with time and patience. He continuously kept telling me my face would get better. At 6 months he told me I should get fat graft to fix unevenness (how convenient) and year after the surgery he said to get another surgery to fix all his other mistakes. My original problem which was excess skin was worse from swelling but after surgery I had two big scars on my face and ears that looked so bad. I had sever pain for a year and face that looked uneven and droopy and still is. I don't have the money to fix it but I also got scared to do another surgery as my skin is so thin after the surgery and lost its elasticity. Mark Richards didn't care about me only wanted my hard earned money and he didn't even offered to fix his mistake. It was like I talked to two different businesses before and after my surgery. surgeon and the assistant. They told me all the nice stuff nothing that would change my mind, anything required to trust them and just till the payment went through. But after the surgery, right away they disappeared, Mark Richards wasn't even available to remove the stitches and when I called them after surgery, they told me they are going on a vacation and I shouldn't call them for a week. They left me in pain and fear all alone. I put so much trust in them and this is how I was treated while they were on vacation with my money and I was suffering and crying every day. It's been a long time and I moved to a small town somewhere no one knows me and less people staring at me. I never thought I would be in this situation, I didn't go to South America to get a cheap surgery but I do get a better care in spa and hair salon for fraction of the money I paid this guy, and they do exactly what I want and I get my money back if I don't like something but My face has been ripped apart violently and got permanent nerve damage and no one cared. Lots of money, time, tears wasted.
