All the women in my family have large arms, regardless of weight. I've always wanted smaller arms. I gained weight and they became even bigger! After loosing some weight, I decided to have surgery on my arms. I went in thinking I would need the more expensive procedure, arm lift (brachioplasty). Dr. Magge did a very thorough consultation and told me I only needed lipo. I appreciated that he considered both options AND didn't just give me the more expensive option because, that's what I asked for. The staff was amazing!
