Well RealSelfers I'm going in again to take my current implants out and putting larger ones in. I have not wanted to freak out so I've been letting my breast "settle" but I have come to terms with the fact that Dr Richards does beautiful breast work (the pockets he formed between my breast are on point) but the size is just not what we anticipated and expected. The implants I had in before were larger than we estimated which threw off my choice of CCs. This was a hard thing, walking myself back onto the operating table but the sizers I tried on and wanted just are not what I have.

I will be following your journey and I wish you the best of luck. It will be so exciting to finally have the size you desire. Best of luck!
Great results!!

I'm sorry you're still not happy with the size. They are going to be beautiful breasts and I bet you'll look amazingly fit and thin with them but I understand it's not what you were going for. Hopefully you'll feel better after you discus this with your PS. I'm sure that, although you respect him and think he's a great doctor and did great work, you are surprised and dissapointed that he didn't adjust the implant size in the OR once he realized he had incorrect information on the old implant size (although maybe he is a PS who doesn't have a stock of implants and has to work with what was ordered for your surgery). Anyway, I'm sure it's disappointing and the last thing you want to think about is a revsion. If I were you, I would write down your thoughts/questions (including cost of revision, timeframe) then take some time to process all that and then decide. Is your husband supportive of the idea of a revision?
I've gone through a similar journey but the opposite because I ended up with larger implants than expected. I'm slowly liking them more, but I'm still not sure they're going to be what I wanted. I'm just hoping I'll continue to like them more and more because I don't want to spend more $ and put myself or my family through this again.
Please update us after you see your PS. I hope it goes well.
Also, this is a lesson to me to make sure I keep the details on my implants. I think I'll just throw that little envelope in the safe right now. Again, good luck and I'm sorry you're in this situation. You really do look great so I hope you do have some happiness from that.

I'm so sorry your disappointed! I hope you are able to get what you want in the future :(
wow. I'm surprised you're at all disappointed because they look perfect, especially with your overall shape and size. I wouldn't change a thing! Congratulations and good luck.

The difference
Here are the pics from my PRE-OP appointment. I took these photos in the bathroom bc they were closing up shop but I really wanted to take home some photos so I could look at what I had to look forward to.

When is your revision scheduled for? At least you're going in to get what you originally wanted & will be happy! I'll be waiting to see your updates!
Good vibes & good luck! :-)
