8 years ago, I decided that I needed a life change. I weighed 452.6 lbs and decided to lose weight. After losing 220lbs, I had a lot of excess skin. I decided to have it removed. I had an abdominalplasty, male breast reduction, male tummy tuck and a body lift. I emailed back and forth with Dr Keshav and his staff to discuss my options. I was paying cash so I didn't have to worry about insurance or anything. The responses were always timely and any and every question asked was answered. Very easy to understand what I was getting into. Leading up to the procedure, I was made aware of down time to recover and medicines needed to make recovery was prompt and as painless as possible. I feel choosing Dr Keshav was the best decision I could have made. I felt confident in his knowledge as a surgeon and he was very comforting and caring as a person.

Dr. Keshav was the Man. Exceeded every expectation I had. I made my decision to use him after reviewing his profile while I was in Afghanistan. I instantly knew he was the surgeon for me and I'm glad I made the decision to use him. The first meeting I had with him he was very comforting, knowledgeable, and excited to get to work. He took pictures and notes. He really studied my physique and gave a realistic expectation for me. After a couple weeks of preparation, it was surgery time. The day of he made me feel comfortable and confident that I had made a great decision. After the first procedure, he immediately called to make sure I made it home safely, my caregiver was given easy and effective information on how to care for me during the healing process and the staff was caring and comforting. My procedures were done at two different times. The second procedure went just as well as the first one and I'm beyond ecstatic with the results. The scarring is nearly invisible in all locations and healing went amazing. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The entire staff was amazing and Dr. Keshav is a master of his art. If I had to do it again, I wouldn't do a thing different except not get to 452 lbs!
