I thought about having a breast reduction as early as when my pediatrician asked me about it ... when I was 13! I was too embarrassed. Decades and a marriage later, I had had enough. Life is too short to not be at least semi-comfortable with ones own body. The upside is I've gone on to lose a lot of weight since June. Something about a surgical starters gun to get it started really worked for me.

Dr. Magee was extremely easy to talk to about something that I have struggled to even acknowledge let alone converse about for 30 years. He was relaxed while confident about what he could do. I had tons of questions, almost all of which he and his staff anticipated. Which, as an aside, the staff is great too. The procedure went as expected. Recovery is definitely a process and no one should think that this is an overnight thing. My procedure is considered small by most comparisons and it took 3-4 weeks before I was feeling normal'ish. Dr. Magee did a wonderful job, it has improved even more since these 6 week pictures plus some gym time. My only regret was not having done it 30 years ago ... but then Dr. Magee wouldn't have been the surgeon.
