I am a little over six months post opp and massaging is something that is important to continue. I had a slight issue with my throat during anesthesia which wasn’t ideal and is starting to get better. The results were more on the natural side which was what I was looking for. I had previously lost weight gained it back but the chest remained without the volume. I wanted to get a similar look before weight loss occurred.
