Two months update!
WORTH IT$4,300
Well it's been a crazy ride since having my procedure. At about week 4 I finally felt pain free. I could move about and sit in a car without any discomfort. It's been 8 weeks since my procedure and I couldn't be happier. I've gone from a 35 inches waist (this is what I measured the day after my procedure) to now a 32 eight weeks after. I am blown away with how much improvement I've seen over the past 2 months. At my three week checkup the doctor told me to start massaging my belly area everyday for at least 5 mins. I put coconut oil on my stomach while I massage as coconut oil is great for skin. I still wear my compression band while I'm at home because it makes me feel more secure, and comfortable. Having loose clothing on and not binder feels kinda funny still.
If I leave the house I'll wear Spanks and nothing else. Overall I am very happy and can't wait to see how my body keeps changing!

Week 4
Well this week has been a lot easier than the last 3. I am able to sit for a longer period of time without much or any pain at all. I've been laying flat on my lounge chair mostly but that's also do to my knee injury. The changes I see are awesome, I couldn't be happier with my results so far!

Can I just ask you why you chose lipo over a tummy tuck? I am weighing the pros and cons to each procedure and would be interested in what you have to say. From your before pictures it seems we have similar mid sections so I can easily compare myself to you.

I decided to do lipo because its less invasive. I figured I'd be awake for the procedure and the downtime is way less. I have 3 kids, 9,6,3 who need their mommy up on her feet. I also homeschool so I am with them daily all day. Plus, I didn't think what I had to deal with was so big to have to have a tummy tuck. I saw many before and after pics here and was inspired by others results. I am so happy with my results, way more then I expected. Since I had lipo I went from 35 inches around my waist (I was swollen so keep that in mind) to 32 now. I have a three month follow up next month and will see what my surgeon says. I may still be swollen a bit, not sure to be honest. He will know more.
Not to mention the price for a tummy tuck is far greater than lipo. That also played a HUGE role in my decision.

Thank you for your response. I have twin toddlers so the recovery time is a big factor for me. I read more testimonials for TTs last night and, though I'm not afraid of going under the knife, it's the amount of recovery and limitations I can't deal with. I also don't think I have that much extra skin from my pregnancy and would still be happy if it never went away so long as I rid of the belly fat that won't budge after two years of consistent exersize. So thank you for your input. I was already leaning more towards lipo, and I think I'm pretty much sold now.

Did you see my before pics? I Donny have much either. So if you're saying your body shape is like mine I'm sure you'll be super happy with your results. I can't say enough about my progress, I am so immensely happy. Hope you'll be too, the day after my procedure we hosted a bbq for our friends I cooked and have all sorts of fun. I only took pain relievers for maybe 4-5 days and that was it.

Week three
Well this week was much better, I forgot to mention in week two all the itching I felt. I've been putting coconut oil on my tummy (2-3 times a day) which helps a ton. As far as inches lost, I started at 35 inches the day after surgery. I was a bit swollen even though I didn't feel or look like I was. I am now at 33inches and the itching is complete gone. I feel a lot better as far as moving around goes. Haven't really left home though but that's because sitting up straight to drive seems like uncomfortable still. So far so good, loving the results!
