My tummy tuck revision was 4/26/17. Dr. Ortega did a great job revising my surgery scar from my botched tummy tuck (different surgeon). The incision under my belly button opened after the revision, and it left a bad scar. I’m so thankful Dr. Ortega/Spectrum agreed to fix it. I’ll be woke, local anesthesia....hopefully it will be pretty quick with a short recovery. Taking a red eye on Sunday, 1/14....surgery 1/16.

Before belly button revision
I’m taking a red-eye flight this Sunday! Pre-op Monday! Reserved a room on AirBNB for $49 a night. Arriving Monday, going home Wednesday. #hipsbyHasan

Pre-op today
Pre-op was scheduled for today at 1pm. My plane landed today at 7:20am, Spectrum is super close to the airport, my Uber pool fare was $7.77. I arrived at Spectrum at 8:45am, my pre-op was done by 10:15am. I have to arrive tomorrow at 2pm for surgery.

Thank you so much for this review I have been looking like crazy to find doctor to do my belly button surgery and there are very few reviews. And also I'm so deeply scared of being put to sleep during surgery that's why I have not had it done so I'm glad you told all those boring details the other comment was referring to. I really wanted to know everything about any procedure which I will be considering.
