How it works
- Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
- This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
- Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.
- Reviews are only removed at the reviewer's request or if they violate our Terms of Service.

I wrote this to young on April 23, 2013:
"Hi Dr. Young,
It’s been a week since last injections. The tip of my nose is still quite round and hard. It’s smelling worse when I lightly rub and squeeze the tip or wipe it out with Q-tip. It’s drained some smelly pus about times out of left nostril—not every time that I squeeze, but most times, I get little bits of pus and some light blood out of both nostrils when I dab at insides with tissue.
I’m continuing to squeeze every day, but it’s quite sore. Maybe the old infection never completely cleared? I just don’t know – it’s not hot to the touch, but it is still swollen at tip.
Thanks.
Linda K. "
