Dr. Naficy is a true artist and a master of...
Dr. Naficy is a true artist and a master of Rhinoplasty! He specializes in this very detailed and complex procedure. There are few Doctors out there that are experienced in this specific field, and Dr. Naficy is most definitely one of them. The nose can be challenging to repair after there have already been previous surgeries. It takes a very knowledgeable and experienced surgeon to fix ANY nose, let alone a botched nose.
I broke my nose 32 years ago, and went to a surgeon to have it fixed. Instead of fixing my nose and adding cartilage to support my nose, he basically just removed the loose cartilage and gave me an upturned nose that was SO completely unnatural looking. This led me to have several surgeries over the years, and with each one, my nose just looked worse. My breathing continued to become more challenging as well, and I ended up with sleep apnea as a result.
One of the surgeries that I had was with a top plastic surgeon in Los Angeles, where I paid an exorbitant amount of money for a revision. Although my nose looked better than it had with the previous surgeries, it was still not symmetrical or even close to looking natural. All of this nonsense left me with deeply embedded insecurities, and 32 years of avoiding cameras at all costs, because my nose looked even worse in photographs.
I knew that Dr. Naficy was a very well known, and well respected plastic surgeon, so I decided it was worth it for me to try one last time. After my consultation with Dr. Naficy, I felt 100% confident that he was the right surgeon for me. He was upfront and honest about the result that I could expect. It wasn’t like he promised me a perfect nose, as there were definitely some complicated issues. He was however, very confident that there would be a VERY nice improvement, and that was good enough for me!
He explained that he would need to use rib and ear cartilage to rebuild the inside of my nose, and that there would be some pain associated with these two procedures. I was totally OK with this, and it turned out to be far less than I expected, and only minimal pain for 4-5 days.
I could not possibly be any more happy and thrilled with my new nose!!! Dr. Naficy has given me the most beautiful nose that I could have EVER hoped for. He definitely had his worked cut out for him on this one, and he did a phenomenal job. The end result…a beautifully symmetrical, NATURAL and feminine nose, that fits my face perfectly! I am so grateful for Dr. Naficy, as this is truly the last rhinoplasty that I will need.
The entire experience was wonderful, and the staff is exceptional! They are true experienced professionals that go over and beyond to make sure that you feel welcomed, that you understand and are clear about the instructions for your procedure, and most importantly, that you feel comfortable. If I had a question for one of the nurses, (and I had a lot) my calls were always returned quickly, with the information I had requested, for both pre-surgery and post-surgery questions. They were all fantastic!
I am looking forward to having a face lift done with Dr. Naficy next year, as I hear that he is the best at that as well!
