Perineoplasty and Clitoral Hood Reduction After Previous Labiaplasty - Bellevue, WA

I couldn't make it six weeks. Lol! I had sex with my husband 5 weeks po! It was super tight and we had to go very slow. Ver very slow. It was a little awkward. The second time we had it was way better. I was more relaxed. Anyhow, I've healed very quickly and I didn't have any pain other than tightness. I had so much sensation it was crazy! I really can't believe how much more enjoyable sex is going to be for both of us! My husband felt like he made love to a new woman. Lol!

so far so good! I haven't had any issue healing and all of my external sutures on the perineum and clitoral hood are gone. I still have some swelling and my perineum is tender to touch. It's not uncomfortable when I wipe or anything but still a little tender. I'm waiting to have sex until 6 weeks postopt. My perineum scar is flattening out more and more everyday now. You can't tell in the pictures but I can feel it getting softer and flatter. I would like to have my plastic surgeon do a labiaplasty revision that a previous doctor had done but I was told to wait 6 months before doing the revision so I will. After my perineoplasty and clitoral hood reduction I noticed my labiaplasty was not done very well. There is still to much tissue and the sides are a little uneven. Either way I am so much happier with where I am now than where I started!

I'm 2 weeks post opt perineoplasty and clitoral hood reduction. It's shocks how much easier these surgeries have been compared to labiaplasty. I feel great. I still have stitches in the perineo area and a couple on the top my clitoral hood. Bruising and swelling is very minimal. The stitches have been coming out a little now...a bit itchy I must say. I've also had some discharge. I think my body is healing and cleansing itself. I shower everyday and wear cotton underwear. I probably could be very active now but I'm not. I'm still taking it easy and letting my body work its way toward a total recovery. Patience is the essence at this point. I feel very relaxed and pleased with my decision to do this. I may go back someday and have my tissue removed but not for a long time. I just want to heal completely and decide if I want additional surgery or not. But I'm not going to worry about that now. My vagina is a 100 times better than before so I am happy!
