Hi! Wow your scars look great! I'm scheduled 8/28!! Really nervous of the scarring but I give me hope!
I was pretty nervous for the scars. I added collagen powder to my protein shakes a month before, also fine in coffee and tea. Also drank bone broth before and after to help promote healing!

Cohesive silicone gel implants (gummy bear) and I went under the muscle.

2 Week Mark!
Right is dropping faster then my right. Everything looks good so far. Doctor wants me to use this new paper tape for a month before starting scar treatment. I feel there should be something better I can use to help with the scar.

I am 5'5 135 - 140 I did the Mod plus and ended up doing 440cc. I have been healing really well. One trick I figured out right away was using muscle relaxer cream or patches on the upper area. That has really helped with the implant dropping! I will post some more pictures at my 4 week mark!!!

Paper tape for the first healing stage. Now I have upgraded to Kinesio Tex Gold to relieve tension. https://youtu.be/q-2Qep3qCI4. I debated on Embrace scar therapy and will use it if I feel I'm not healing well but it's expensive! I'm going to buy biocorneum cream from my doctor. I saw it for sale on some other website but read to many reviews saying those were fake and need a prescription to get the real stuff.
