I was miserable for 9 years - Revision Rhinoplasty - Bellevue, WA

I had a revision rhinoplasty done by Dr Lamperti in Bellevue Seattle and I only have good things to say.
I undergone to two previous failure rhinoplasties done in my country Portugal and along with the bad aesthetics results I also had very hard time breathing. I had several problems such as deviated septum, collapse of the walls of the nose, poly beak deformity, pinched nose and inverted V due to a massive withdraw of the cartilages of the lateral side of the nose and also where I had a big lump.
I was miserable for 9 years since I first did my first procedure and I didn't have any hope left. However because I have a sister living in Vancouver Canada, I started thinking that maybe there someone could help me so I begun a thorough search for experts in this matter. I came from Portugal and went to several appointments with doctors both in Vancouver and Seattle (since it was close by and the prices were around the same) but I wasn't pleased with the options that some of the doctors had to show to me. However one day I came across Dr Lamperti cause he commented on one of my posts on Realself and so I saw his website. I liked of what I saw and I booked for an appointment. He was very thoughtful, performed and thorough examination on me, presented me the problems and the solutions and seemed to be very caring and attentive. For these reasons I decided to have a surgery with him and also because of his patient's pictures on his website.
He helped me by treating my nose with spreader grafts, Alar batten gratfs, spacer grafter for the tip and although I had some issues on the early phase of the recovery he always had time to answer my e-mails, to see me in person and to tell that it would be normal to be facing some of the phenomenons that I was experiencing, saying that they would go away with time and he was right. He always treated me as a human being who needed help and not just as another client and a prospective deal like I felt with some other doctors.
I advise anyone to go for several appointments with several different doctors to see your options and never trust in what you read on some rating websites cause it's all about marketing and fake comments. I'm a real person who had lots of problems in life and luckily found this amazing doctor who knows what he is doing and is very easygoing and competent even though he's a young doctor, but in my perspective it's not the quantity of the surgeries as some doctors advocate in their websites that counts, instead is the quality and the difficulty of them that makes the real experience that a doctor possesses.
