I am a mother of 3 babies. I nursed the all, after weaning my youngest I noticed my breast were deflated. I started my search for a breast fat transfer and I found Dr. Dry, he far exceeded my expectations and I’m happy I made the choice to go through with this procedure.
Pros: He knew what he was doing and I could tell by my 24 hour post op results. Great bedside manner and very realistic in what I would walk away with. Super helpful in my post op care, very caring and there for his patients. I mostly like that it’s natural no foreign object in my body.
Cons: Breast fat transfer is unpredictable you never know what’s going to stick and what will be reasborbed. You’re limited to 1 cup size increase so if you want more you either have to a)get more fat grafts or b)go with implants

They look nice. How is the entire process? Did he use fat from your stomach?

Of course. I didnt feel good in my skin as a woman anymore. Of course I am one but after nursing my kids the small volume I did have (never had large breast) went completely away. Made me feel like a boy (I look like my dad) having this procedure changed the way I felt about myself and I just love the results I have so far. As women and mom we often neglect ourselves to take care of everyone else. You deserve to do something for you!

I’m 10 days post op and my breast are settling quite nicely. Still sleeping in a recliner no pressure on my breast in any way. I’ve noticed the swelling has dropped a lot and the volume seems to be the same. I was 37.5/37.75” before surgery now I’m 40.75”. I will continue to check measurements until month 3 (takes about 2.5/3 months before you see final result)

Complications

My surgeon doesn’t use drains he just left my lipo incisions open (they’re really small) for the fluid to drain out of them. Well I’m a fast healer so my incisions were closed one day post op. Since then fluid has filled the bottom of my belly (seroma) it doesn’t hurt it’s just annoying to have to go to the clinic from where I live to get them aspirated a few times a week. I have added a few photos so you all can see. When you press on the bottom of my belly it ripples like waves. Not all people get seroma but when you do they’re an annoyance. Lol

Yes the drain took care of all the fluid build up
