I called Dr. Windle's office to initially get a consultation for my neck. I had other concerns too about my aging and tired appearance so when I met with Dr. Windle he explained to me what my options were. He recommended Bellafil to address the tear trough hollowing and marionette lines on my face. I agreed with him that at this time, facial fillers will be the most beneficial. I don't have a high pain tolerance and he assured me that it won't be too bad and that I will be given a topical to help with it. He proceeded to inject the fillers and I would say it was more of a weird sensation than pain when the cannula went in. There was a slight stinging but not too long and wasn't too bad. I had minimal bruising from the first day and some puffiness. Day two and three were probably the worst and before the end of the week, I was completely back to normal. It's been about 3 weeks and I must say that I have been pleased with the results. I didn't experience any bad side effects with Bellafil and Dr. Windle is very skilled in applying the filler. He was a bit conservative on the marionette lines on my face. There is an improvement but I felt that it needed more. He explained that I should give it about 3 months and it should get better as time goes. If at that time I still feel that I need more, he can apply more in the area.
My experience has been wonderful with Dr. Windle and Bellafil has worked wonders for me.

Yes. There was a slight hollowing on my upper cheek. Dr. Windle recommended that I come back in a year if I'm still unhappy. It's one of those things we notice more than others.

Is the hollowing from the filler? How did the tear trough injection hold up? Any problems? Thanks
