Made it

Hi ladies sorry it has taken me so long to post, but it's been a busy week recovering, I'm now 7 days post op and feeling a bit more normal, I traveled to Brussels last Wednesday with my hubby we were pick up at the airport by our driver which was organised by the Be Clinic. I decided to go with their all inclusive 5 star package which included all transfers from airport and clinic, all Meds including compression garment and Hotel stay, which I have to say was amazing. If any of you decide to take a trip to Brussels I recommend Chateaux du lac it's just beautiful. Anyway back to the important part, Thursday morning I was pick up by the driver at 6.30am and brought to be clinic, the clinic itself is beautiful and spotlessly clean, I fill in some forms and i'm brought to my room by my lovely nurse and changed into robe and slippers. After about 10min Dr Plovier came in to go through exactly what I was looking for, he spent a lot time marking up my breasts and asking me questions. I showed him some photos and he said he would try to put as much fat into my butt and hips in order to give me the shape I was looking for, I was a bit deflated as I thought I had put on enough weight ( I gained 20lbs) in order to have the surgery. He then told me he had a small surgery to do before me and it would take about an hour. So I waited I think I actually fell asleep for a bit because the next thing I knew the nurse was putting an IV in my hand and I was led into to operating theatre, the nurses where so lovely and made me feel very calm, they kept talking to me and asking about my family, they painted me with iodine which was really cold and lay me on the table, the next thing I remember was waking up in my room and feeling a heavyweight on my chest but I wasn't in any pain, which was weird, Dr Plovier came in and said everything went well and he put 775cc implants in my breast and 1000cc into my butt. I was very happy, I have to say Dr Plovier is just an amazing surgeon, artist and all round lovely person. I left the clinic at about 7.30pm and the driver brought me back to the hotel, I had dinner at about 9.30 which was lovely and I couldn't believe I still didn't have any pain just a bit of soreness. However it was not to last, after I hate I took my oxynorm tablet and tried to get comfortable in bed which was not easy, I couldn't sleep on my stomach because of the BL so with a lot of pillows I tried to not put pressure on my butt. Well the first night turned out to be hell as I think had a bad reaction to the anaesthetic,I started vomiting on the hour for the whole night so couldn't keep down any Meds . Anyhow the nurse phoned first thing next morning and my husband explained what happened, they sent a driver for me and I went straight back to the clinic and they put me on an IV for pain Meds and fluids and also gave me an anti sick injection. After that it's been plain sailing I'm on day 7 feeling a bit tired but other than that it's all good, my boobs look fab and so does my butt, I'll put up some photos later. At the moment I'm still very swollen and bruised so don't want to scare everyone.
My experience of Be Clinic is that they are just amazing, I was so worried about traveling out of Ireland to have my surgery, but for the future if I decide to have anything else done, I will definitely be returning to BeClinic, Dr Plovier and all his staff are just incredible. I so happy with my results. So sorry this post has been so long but I do hope it might help some of you ladies that are starting this journey. If I was to give you any advice it would be to ask for an anti sick injection before your Sx and to keep on top of your Meds after and hopefully it will all go plain sailing for you.

2 sleeps and counting

So I'm heading off in the morning to Brussels, I'm very nervous and excited at the same time, even though I've had surgeries before this time around it feels much more nerve wrecking, maybe it's because I'm going abroad but I know I'm in good hands. The thing is I haven't told my family this time as they wouldn't approve of me leaving the country to do elective surgery, they think I'm heading away on a little break with my hubby to Italy, I hate lying I just feel it's bad karma, so please ladies say a big prayer that all goes well and hopefully I'll will be posting my experience two days from now with my new hot body

No Drains ???

Hi ladies I'm almost a week away from SX and I called the clinic to ask how long my drains would be in for and they informed me I wouldn't be having any drains put in, which I am concerned about as I thought with a BL with implants and bbl i would definitely need to have drains, does anyone have experience of no drains and can you tell me how recovery went
