I've had my surgery with Dr Joffily yesterday and must say that it was the best thing I've ever done. My boobs were classed as pstosis ll. However with a larger implant (not as big as I wanted to be, he said it would be too much for my chest) I didn't need an uplift. The twins look great lol and even my nipples are higher :) I was down for an hour. My first surgery was cancelled due to an issue with the anaesthetists, but Dr Joffily looked as annoyed as I did.

I had my surgery with him yesterday! What size did you get?
June 8, 2016
Oh wow, what time was your op?? I went 450cc. How are you feeling today? [RS bleep]

I was first one in! You must of been second I see 450 cc implants next to mine! I'm just uncomfy and my stitches are super itchy! How are you [RS bleep]

I spoke to you in reception I think, we were both cancelled on 25th May. What size did you go for? I was sat in the next room when they were finishing your op Xx
June 8, 2016
I'm okay just tight and feel like I've got a bruised rib Xx
June 8, 2016
Oh yeah I was with my mum! You came from Southampton? I'm at 450 but this is my second breast augmentation due to capsular contracture I previously had 375! You look amazing already! Yeah I feel like I've been punched in the ribs!!! Xx
June 8, 2016
Yes that's right lol. How random. Oh no bless your cottons, I hope that it all went well for you yesterday and he got it sorted for you. Are you happy with your size this time around? [RS bleep]
June 8, 2016
To be honest at the moment I can't notice any difference I'm super swollen (I had scar tissue removed) are you pleased? I think they look great and you haven't even had a lift !! [RS bleep]
June 8, 2016
Ouch, sounds painful. They did say that you'd be down longer than me due to the procedure. Oh that sucks, hopefully you will once they're not so swollen. Mine are so much different and super pleased they look how they do without the uplift. Interested to see the changes as they start to drop [RS bleep]

Yep sooo pleased it's untrue!! I honestly couldn't get excited though until the moment the anaesetist walked in the room.....until that moment I still didn't think it was happening. Dr Joffily has done so well with mine :) Keeping every thing crossed for you op :) [RS bleep]

You look great. I had my surgery with Mr Joffily yesterday. I still have a lot of dropping to do. Yours look like they are well on the way already.
June 9, 2016
Hi!! I hope your recovery is going well. Yes mine are dropping quite quickly and look even more so today :) They look very natural [RS bleep]
June 10, 2016
Yes seems to be thanks. I'm not in much pain now except I can sometimes feel a bit of pain along my left incision. I'm hoping that as my pain is minimising that I'll start to drop soon. They are still very high and hard at the moment. I just need a little patience. How is your recovery going? Are you still in any pain?
June 10, 2016
Ahhh that's good news. I'm sure that they'll drop soon. Mine were just saggy to start with which is possibly why.

I have pain across my right incision and it's quite swollen and bruised along that area too. I feel good though, the worse parts the antibiotics lol I hate taking them.

When's your post op appointment? [RS bleep]
June 10, 2016
I'd rather have had saggy than non existent lol. My post op is next Friday. When's yours?

4 days post op

Lisa87BA
I'm now 4 days post op and have peeled my dressing off after the shower made them wet this morning.

Im not experiencing any pain and very random bouts of tightness now. I just have some bruising and the odd twinge in the right breasts incision (more bruising that side too funnily enough).

My implants are starting to drop. My PS has changed my inframammary position and I can see the implant starting to drop into the new fold.

I am so happy with them and it's definitely one of the best things I've ever done. I've put some more pictures on......excuse the emojis haha!

I'll update again in a week after my checkup on Friday :) [RS bleep]

Wow wow wow! They look incredible! They are looking so different already! I hope mine will start settling as quick as yours!
These pics made me wish I could go bigger than 300cc! ;)
Keep up the good work girlie and look after yourself! [RS bleep]

Thank you. They are looking good. I would say that I wish I went about 50cc less as they're a bit too big.....hopefully the swelling subsiding will help :) Not long for you now, you must be so excited :) xxxx

10 days post op WARNING scar pictures included

Hi, So yesterday I was 10 days post op and went for my stitches (end of) to be removed. The nurse was there, not Dr Joffily. She said I'm healing well and there's no major bulging or scab on the incisions. Happy with my results although one breast is more swollen than the other (normal to experience this) so I will just have to wait. My breasts have changed LOADS!!! I'm now in a sports bra as compression was makin my boobs look sunburnt and it began to get painful. I'll update again once bruising has gone :) Xxxx

Hi. Your boobs look really good and your incisions are really neat. I have the same thing with the difference in size as one of mine looks bigger than the other at the moment. I'm not sure if that's swelling or just because it was slightly bigger to start with. Time will tell but either way I don't mind if one is slightly bigger. I now have boobs so I'm happy. Hope you have a great weekend. X
June 18, 2016
Yay!!! It is great isn't it :) I hope that you're doing well with your recovery. It's the same with mine too, in that the larger one is the swollen one. Thank you and you too :) xxxxx

I haven't seen my incisions yet but if they look half as good as yours then I'll be happy! :)
Have you lost any sensation in your boobs after the op? I lost most of it, it just starting to return which is very reassuring.
June 19, 2016
Hiya! I hope you're doing well today :)

My boobies have been really numb until I'd probably say yesterday
June 19, 2016
Sorry it's deleted part of my message :(

....I'd probably say day 10 the numbness went....and was replaced by weird shocks in them [RS bleep]

Good to hear I am not the only one going through these things! My left one regained more sensation as of today which is very surprising as it was the smaller one to start with-therefore stretched more. Who understands these boobies? They live their own lives! Lol
Those weird shocks are indeed weird! But they are a good sign!xx
