I was always concerned about how wide and fat my nostrils were. So I opted to have Alarplasty/ Alar base reduction. I'm so happy its finally done. It's not as bad as I expected. Dr.Janjua made me feel confortable and at ease. I wish I had done it sooner. My nose still has some swelling since I got it done 2 hours ago.

You look great already! I have a question about cost, did the 3000$ invlude the cost of medications as well or is that for the procedure alone?

For procedure only. I used my health insurance to pay for the prescriptions.

I woke up this morning with more swelling than the day of surgey wich was expected. I've been using the ice packs wich we're provided to me by Janjuas office and I've been taking my medications as prescribed.

It was nice to recieve a follow up call from Lily/Janjuas office. It shows how much they really care about thier patients after care. I really cant wait for the days to go by so I can see the final result without all the redness and swelling, but so far I'm satisfied with what I already see.

The swelling finally seems to be going down a bit. I've been taking my medications as prescribed (antibiotics and an ointment on the incisions). I'm also taking some Tylenol for minor discomfort. I will update in a week.
