Before and After pictures.
So elated I had rhinoplasty surgery!!!!!
When I look at the before pic it makes my skin crawl at just how my nose had been unknowingly botched after first surgery on my septum that so horribly changed the shape of my original nose. Thru the years it continued to change and the tip got more bulbous and wide.....it surely didn’t suit my face at all.
It’s nearly 8 months since surgery (Feb 19th) and Dr. Janjua it appears did a superb job.

absolutely. and his location wasn’t convenient but I felt so good after our FaceTime consult that I knew going to him was the best decision. I think it very important that any surgeon ask what is your goal for the surgery and doesn’t do what they want. Dr J really listens and has a wonderful demeanor

You waited 28 years? I love your results. You look great and natural. I'm sure you're relieved looking in the mirror every morning. The same thing happened to me. My nose after my primary is completely different and changed my face so much. Your surgeon may be just the one to bring my face and nose back to harmony. Thanks for the review.

Yes I know it sounds crazy my waiting so long but real self wasn’t around when I started wanting my nose done and I was confident that I would make a good choice. This site streamlined my ability to not only see results but view the actual surgery I was going to have by recommendation to view surgery on YouTube. I was becoming more and more self conscious and never letting myself be photographed even with family was bothering me. I’m still very camera shy but I’m hoping that fades away. My loathing of my nose is gone but I’m still excited to see how much more it will change. Was your nose botched? If yes I’m sorry as I sure that makes choosing a doctor a harder choice. I wish you all he best on your surgery journey and look forward to before and after pics when it’s done.

Yes my nose was botched Sis. Done completely different and I can't get used to looking so different. I had a ethnic nose but it was feminine

Oh my I feel for you....having not been told that my original suggestion of deviated septum surgery wold ultimately change the shape of my original nose was devastating to me as my nose also started to change and not for the better was a huge blow to my view of myself. I say contact Dr. Janjua and Express your concerns....I’m sure if he can give you a look your desiring he will do just that.

cont. sorry, .. my nose used to be feminine but now its rather harsh. This year I think I want to save to have an actual revision. My PS did filler but that is not really bringing back the harmony of my nose and face. I take NO pics at all and it's ruining my life. Guys give me a hard time because I won't take and send pics. So I avoid the situation all together while all my friends have fun posting on Facebook and Instagram.
