After menopause I noticed that gravity was not my friend. I am petite and was surprised when jowls started to develop and I was getting that "marionette puppet" look that you read about online. I went in for a consultation, my hope was to get a few injections to buy time but my surgeon recommended a full face lift. After a long discussion I was sold. I am thrilled I did it. It made a huge difference, I'm now over 6 months post procedure. Because of my age, it didn't result in a radical change but a more youthful look.
