Implant Replacement, Mastopexy, Lower Blepharoplasty with Malar Lift, Revision Closed Rhinoplasty and Septoplasy.

I highly recommend Doctor Goldman. This is my second surgery with Dr. Goldman. The first surgery I had rhinoplasty, septoplasty and upper blepharoplasty. I was extremely happy with all of the procedures. This surgery was mainly to replace my old saline breast implants that had fallen to the sides and rippled over the years. For the new implants I chose textured gummy bear implants. I went from 400cc to 500cc. Dr Goldman used GalaFLEX to close the pocket so my implants were placed in the correct area. The implants were placed through my areolas and the were reduced. I also decided to do a lower blepharoplasty/malar lift, revision rhinoplasty and septoplasty. Dr Goldman did an amazing job with my first rhinoplasty and septoplasty. He corrected my breathing problem and I love the look of my nose. I'm a bit of perfectionist so I had him remove a little bump on the side that wasn't really wasn't noticeable to anyone but me. I also had my septum straightened a little more. Dr Goldman is the only doctor that will perform plastic surgery on me. He is the most caring compassionate doctor. He truly cares about his patients and hires staff who also care. The anesthesiologist, nurses and receptionist are very compassionate people. There are two Jodi's in the beachwood office who are the sweetest. Lisa the Patient Care Coordinator is very patient and worked with me when we had to reschedule my surgery. I called the office several times and she was very understanding and patient with me. I had two consultations with Dr. Goldman before this surgery and he gave me all the time I needed. Before surgery he made me feel comfortable and explained all procedures in detail. I truly couldn't ask for a better plastic surgeon.
