I've jokingly been saying I want a boob job for years, in the last year or so it turned to a more serious I'm gonna get a boob job someday. In march after lots of research and looking at their work I narrowed it to two surgeons. I went to my first consult with dr Goldman, he was not the right guy for me, at all. A few weeks later I had a consult with dr Daniel medalie and knew he was my surgeon. He spent lots of time answering questions and discussing everything. He didn't say this is what I'm going to do period. He said here are your options and showed me pictures of possible results. He was great and does great work. I'm still two months out and haven't even scheduled surgery yet but I'll do it when I've definitively figured stuff out and take the plunge to make it real!
I'm super deflated from nursing two babies for over 3 years, got up to a 34 J/K and it left me super deflated. I'm still trying to lose a little weight before so I can pick implant size based on the body I want to maintain. Right now I'm probably a 32 B or C, I'm not sure exactly.
I look on here constantly so I decided to contribute finally, here goes!

Befores

I posted these before but too much of my face was showing so I cropped a little and am now reposting, sorry!

These are my befores, super deflated and embarrassing to even look at ugh.

Made my deposit!

And scheduled my surgery, for 7/19. Now I have to decide on size. I don't want to be huge but I wouldn't mind it (I was a 34DD prior to pregnancies/nursing) I just want to make sure the empty/deflatedness is gone. Hopefully 400 to 450 will do that. We shall see, going to the doctors on 6/14 for another appointment and sizing.
