Yes, mine are under the muscle. Recovery time will depend on the person, but I would recommend a few days off work depending on what your job is.

Thanks for responding! I work in an office but I'm very nervous about coworkers finding out and their judgements. At the same time, I don't want to waste vacation days if I don't need to use them! I'm hoping to do it around thanksgiving and start slowly wearing bigger bras with more padding until then so I don't just walk in with a way bigger chest after taking time off

I just turned 25 and am in the beachwood area. so far dr medalie is a top choice due to good & lots of reviews and mostly the after pictures of his surgeries are exactly what I am looking for. if you dont mind answering, what type, size, and profile implants did you go with? did everything come out how you wanted? If you'd like to share, I'd love to hear your whole process/story from the beginning. (also pictures if you are comfortable sharing!)

a little about me: Like I said up there I am 25. I have two kids both of which i breast fed, and the pregnancies left me empty and lower than Id like to admit lol. I was a 34/36DD before and now a 32Cish (I'm also much smaller than i used to be and of course the fat from my boobs is gone). My breasts were never perky cause they were so big, so perky is exactly what I'm going for now lol I haven't done any consultations yet. Did you see any other doctors before deciding on Dr. Medalie? I'm hoping to have the surgery around thanksgiving this fall which gives me plenty of time to really be sure I am comfortable doing it and find the right person to do it. Sorry to overwhelm you with all the questions!
