First let me start by saying Dr. Marco Pelosi III is an excellent very knowledgeable, compassionate doctor. I would recommend him Everytime to Anyone who wants a doctor that knows his stuff. At 43 years old I found myself with muscle relaxation resulting in a not so tight vagina. No no! Can't have that! After extensive investigation and numerous consults later I found Dr. Pelosi. Even though his office is 2 hours away from my home I knew this is the doctor I wanted to do this very delicate procedure. Mind made up I scheduled (which was a breeze with his very efficient and professional office staff). That was 8 months ago and can I say, I gots me a brand New coochie! Yay!!! The procedure was not bad and neither was the recovery. Well worth it to be a virgin again. Needless to say I'm very pleased and will returning to Dr. Pelosi in the near future. This time for a brand New booty and body.

What procedures specifically did you have done? If he did vaginoplasty/laboaplasty did he use laser? Thanks!
Yes. I had only vaginoplasty nothing to the labia. And yes he did use laser. Thanks. Please don't hesitate to ask any questions. This was my first time posting and I think I left a lot out. Thanks so much.
Thanks for posting. It's very difficult to find reviews of the long term results from these surgeries. I do have some follow up questions if you don't mind: -how long did you wait to have sexual intercourse? -did you feel a significant difference in tightening and has it lasted over time? Many women seem to feel things getting looser over time. Several have said they were back to pre surgery laxity within a year after surgery. How as your experience been? -did you have the entire vaginal canal tightened (both up and bottom, all the way to the cervix)? If so, do you feel the effects in the entire canal? (some women only get the entrance and pelvic floor tightened). -how was the recovery? do you feel the scar tissue during intercourse? How has it affected your sensation of pleasure? Thank you so much for posting. I know many women are interested and there is very limited info out there. much appreciated...
