When I was younger I had beautiful tatas perky and round and even still OK after nursing my first child. I lost a little bit a weight and then got pregnant with my second baby, nursed him and he sucked everything out of me! My breasts totally deflated and I hate to look in the mirror even with clothes on. I knew they would never be the same. Your whole body changes during and after pregnancy but I knew I could work on everything else but unfortunately there's no help for my poor boobies besides surgery.
I have a few friends that have had breast augmentations and lifts done so I started talking to them and they recommended a doctor so I set up a consultation appt not expecting to go through the surgery just yet but was curious as to what he would say. He was very nice, comforting and professional and so was his nurse. He told me I would need breast implants with mastopexy (lift). We looked at different sizes and types of implants and selected 385 ccs high profile. I scheduled my surgery for two weeks later, April 22nd. I couldn't believe I was actually going to go through with it but I was so excited! As the surgery date came closer I started getting really nervous, even more nervous than when I had my c-sections! All my friends said you can do this, it's totally worth it and the pain is tolerable and the first 3 days is the worst. The day finally came and here I am with new boobies and so glad I did it however I am in a considerable amount of pain and I'm pretty much sleeping all day. I also got sick from the anesthesia so I was dizzy and throwing after surgery for about 5 hrs! That eventually subsided and I was cleared to return home. I was given Valium for a muscle relaxer and percocet for pain. So far it's tolerable. Feeling pretty tight but still hanging in there. Can't wait to see what they look like once they're healed!

Would u be willing to post pics? Our stats are similar- I am 5'7" 130 lbs with 450 (l) and 495 (r) mod silicone unders. I would love to see what 385 hp looks like on similar frame. What was your preop size?

Yes I can post pics. I was measured at Victoria's Secret as a 34 D but my breasts definitely didn't fill that size bra. I would say closer to a C cup.

I totally get it! My kids wrecked mine & I hate getting undressed. Our stats are about the same and I was back n forth about how many cc so I am excited to see your results!
What was your cup size before surgery?

I was measured at Victoria's secret as a 34 D but I think i was a c cup because I never filled the cups out fully. I'm guessing I'm a 34DD now but haven't tried any bras on yet.
Thanks for sharing your journey. I'm sorry to hear about the anesthesia making you ill, but I'm glad you got through surgery and are recovering. Please update as you have time and let the community know if you have any questions. Happy healing!
