Hi everyone,
As anyone on this site have had sore nipples after a year after having your augmentation ? I am having some pain, my nipples and areola region is giving some issues. I have to put a baid aid but I can still feel the pain. It really sucks., I PC put me on Lyrica for two months but I think I need to go back on it. I can't stay on medication forever. What can possibly be done to help me ??? any advice , please.. please !!!

I am less than two weeks from a full lift with implants so I do not know about this question. What I will say is that we are the same age with similar starting points in that we work out etc.

You are being too hard on yourself. Your bathing suit pictures and bra pictures look as nice if not better than most people who post. I know we tear ourselves apart but your results look very good.

I do worry about the contraction of the muscle causing issues with the implant post BA but I am willing to wear looser clothing when I work out if necessary..

Good luck

Thank you. I still can't wear a bra after a year I find them very uncomfortable. I find my breast too big I have a very hard time finding bras that fit well it's the same with finding a sports bras. I am 34DD way bigger then what I wanted the doctor did not listen to me. How are you doing Pixie_eyes ? When did you get your surgery ? Would love the feedback.

Forgot to mention that the flexing is the same but not paying much attention to it. It does bother me when I try to do certain things that require more of my breast muscles or upper chest. Frustrating but part of the game . Lol

There are 2 bras sold by Title Nine that I love for jogging but are so comfortable I could wear them everyday. They are "cuz she said so" bra and the "super lace" bra. I wear 34DD. They have stores, a catalog, and are on-line.

Thank you for your update! Yes, the flexing issue is very common...glad you can kind of ignore it. Hoping you eventually find some bras that feel comfortable. Keep us posted!

Just wondering if i'm the only one having a hard time finding a bikini or bras ? I have tried countless bikinis and bras and everything fits very bad, it's very discouraging. Before I would wear pads in everything and my nipples would not show but now my nipples stick out like crazy... so embarrassing, I keep putting tape on them lol.
I am 34DD and it's really hard to find in my area anyways. I find it too difficult to order online. My breast look really good braless !

Jockey has a unique sizing system for bras. Look at their web site for more info. ( I'm a 30/7 in their system). In traditional bra sizes, I wear a34DD. At a Hanes store, you can get a great 34DD bra made by Bali.
