About 8 years ago, I had my first rhinoplasty (close procedure silicon implants) in Bangkok Thailand. The result was awesome, but after 3 years later, my nose became crooked. The silicon literary moved to the left side but not looking so bad specially if I wear glasses. After 4,5 years later, the look of my nose became not so good and need to have it revised. This past August, I went back to Thailand for rhinoplasty revision and it was done by Dr. Pitchet. The revision was done as open rhinoplasty procedure because the old silicon need to be removed. Around October or two months later, I've noticed that the new implants literally moving to the original spot, so I contacted Dr. Pitchet to get his feedback. Dr. Pitchet told me that the implants will go back to where it was because of the way I smile or my original face movements. I was disappointed but Dr. Pitchet didn't ignore me. He told me to go back to fix it. This month, I went back to Bangkok for another revision and this time he was able to revise it with no cost.
That's right! He didn't charge me for the revision. Since I was there at his clinic, I decided to have my nostrils reduced or alarplasty. He charged me $600 for this one.
Here is my advice.
If you think you're not satisfied with your surgery outcomes, contact your surgeon and ask all questions you have. Do NOT consult another surgeon. And if you want to save 70% costs of the surgery, go to Bangkok Thailand.

My nose bridge was shaved on my first rhinoplasty which was 7 or 8 years ago. There's no shaving needed on the second rhinoplasty or revision unless there was uneven or the first shaving was unsuccessful. What happened to your nose now? Any photos to share?

Sorry that you were not happy with the results. You can have it revised. Make sure to discuss with the surgeon what need to be done. Also, I've heard a price for nose job revisions are very expensive. If I were you, go to Bangkok if you want to pay less. But ask your previous surgeon see about the cost too. Maybe your surgeon will give you discount for revision.

Amazing result!! Did your doctor have to reduce your bone on your first or second rhinoplasty procedure? Also on your first rhinoplasty, what did you tell the Dr. you wanted to do to your nose

Hi! Your nose looks wonderful! So happy to hear your story and thank you for sharing the experience. I’m planning to have Rhinoplasty in Bangkok later this year and I’ll check with Dr. Pichet of Bangkok Plastic Surgery as well. You can contact him by e-mail msg right? I’m not living in Bkk so it’s better to talk with him before the process.

That looks really great on you! I’m checking with Dr. Pichet soon for my Rhinoplasty in Bangkok later this year. Any additional advice about his clinic service? Also how’s the post-result now? Thanks in advance for your advice.
