Everything was quite fast and smooth for me though. I arrive on the 17 april 2022, quarantined for a day before I meet the doctor for review. 18 april we finally meet, I paid up cash and we did the surgery on the 20 april 2022. Mr Pichet answered my queries, swift and short. I didn’t ask much and he just look at my breast condition via pictures taken by his staff and gave me his valuable comments and of cos, he said I can choose not to follow his advice and i can go ahead and do what I desire. Before we met for review, I had actually wanted a sub muscular(under the muscles), periareola incision. In the end I choose to take his advice and went for subglandular (over the muscles) and inframmary incision. His reason for over the muscles is that I got a little bit of sagging and I told him that I didn’t want to do a lift as lifting meant that my breast will have a scar. So he suggested that over the muscles can help in the lift. And that over time, it will sag beautifully in the long run looking more natural. The doctor also recommended inframmary incision because I choose 400cc which is quite big a size and that my areola cannot open that big gap to put the implants. On the day of surgery: 6am: They got a driver to pick me up at the hotel. 7.30am : Surgery starts. 10.30am: They woke me up from surgery. I was still in the midst of anaesthesia and still felt like sleeping. But I managed to call up my family members in Singapore as I told them I would be awake by 12pm. I was supposed to stay in the hospital for a day under observation before I could get the green light and rest at the hotel. But on the day of surgery, a few hours right after I recovered from the anaesthesia, I asked if I can go back hotel as I dun even feel dizzy or nauseous. The staff was surprised and asked me to walk a few rounds to confirm I’m walking well and not feeling dizzy or nauseous. I was out of the hospital on the day I did my surgery. Can walk very well straight after and can even do light shopping. 1st night of surgery: Could feel some pain whenever I get up to go urine from the incision site. Have to slp facing the ceiling always, so backbone abit aching for that night. In the end I took the pain medicine given and could slp the whole night. 2nd night: Again, I took another pain medicine (1 day I only took 1 pain medicine) at night and I was able to slp throughout the night. 3day: I went back to see the doctor and they removed my bandange and I can finally see my boobies. They dun feel hard at all and it touches and feel very naturally soft. Tonight marks the 3rd night and I didn’t take any pain medicine. Everything seems fine for me and that the incision site still a bit pain whenever I tried to get up using my abdominal muscles and maybe also stretching my incision site.
I am now Day 12 post op following removal of 21 year old saline implants from over the muscle and replacing with silicone implants under the muscle. The care I received from Dr Pichet and his beautiful staff was second to none. From airport transfer to 24/7 phone availability to pickup and drop off for check ups. Dr Pichet’s prices are very reasonable and his facility is his own private one which I assume keeps the prices down. It was very clean and hygienic. The staff spoke reasonable to excellent English and I am very happy at this stage with my surgery. Will post photos after 3 months when they have dropped and fluffed. Updated on 21 Aug 2019: 3 months post surgery. I am happy with the results considering I did not have a lift. One breast is still slightly higher than the other while they settle but generally very happy. I have had some questions since bring back in Australia and Dr Pichet always answers promptly via whatsapp
Overall, a very positive and pleasant experience! I would definitely consider my surgery a success thus far. Dr Pichet and his team of nurses were very kind and warm. All of them could speak English and were extremely professional and would readily assist me if I needed help. Dr Pichet offered a very competitive price and I am extremely happy and satisfied with my first surgery experience.
Got my Rhinoplasty done with Dr. Pichet Rodchareon of Bangkok Plastic Surgery Clinic last year. He did an excellent job and I’m so happy with my result so far. His in-house facilities are forefront and hygienic. The staff at his hospital gave wonderful hospitality care (which I found Thai people in general have very kind and supportive character) Overall, it’s worth my spending to undergo my surgery in Thailand plus having amazing times traveling and shopping.
I had breast implants and uplift in October 2017. Had implants under the muscle 400cc. The staff were very very good. Very thorough and sterile surgery. Dr pitcher did an excellent job and I am happy with my new look.
Ive just returned home from having liposuction to my flanks, waist, hips and inner thighs by Dr Pichet. Ive read claims that he is rushed, he makes you sign non disclaimer/non-liability contracts, is only after the money etc... Let me tell you my experience with him. I sent off a number of initial enquiries to doctors in Thailand, Dr Pichet was the first to respond and answered every subsequent enquiry/email within 24 hours. When i arrived i was met by his driver and from the moment of the appointment everything proceeded ahead at beautiful pace. Rather than 'rushed', Dr Pichet just got on with it. In Australia it would have taken 5 appointments with waiting times of up to an hour over a few months to achieve what Dr Pichet did in one morning with his attention focused on me alone. Yes, there were non disclaimer and liability forms - oh my goodness, I'm a lawyer - i can assure you - no surgeon will operate without them. His staff were WONDERFUL, extremely caring and comforting, the care pack with all the medical supplies I needed were provided, the office and equipment were all more than sufficient. I got picked up from the airport (as previously mentioned) driven back to the airport AND had a lovely staff member accompany me back to my hotel to settle me in (very nice touch). I wanted to get my hair done before i returned home and his staff arranged the driver to take me there, wait and bring me back (no cost). had i felt like doing any sight seeing (which i didn't) they had the driver ready again to take me. Now the cost. Dr Pichet was considerably cheaper than any other doctor in Thailand that i got quoted on, and MUCH cheaper than anything in Australia. My overall cost was $3300 USD about ($5000 AUD). I got quoted $8000 AUD at Yahnee Bangkok, although admittedly that did include 4 nights hospital stay. As far as the results are concerned, Im pretty happy, I am 5 ft 2, weighed in the vicinity of 65 kg and Dr Pichet removed 1200cc's. Whilst i initially thought maybe more could have been removed i suppose i wasn't too big to start with. So all i can say is, if you are reading this wanting a good doctor, I would definitely recommend Dr Pichet. There are always going to be people saying ridiculous things about Dr's - i suspect these people dont understand the legalities of surgery or that in Thailand its very common for international patients to move from initial appointment to being prepped for surgery A LOT faster than anything they would expect in America, Australia or England i.e initial appointment to actual surgery within 2-4 hours - which i think is bloody brilliant actually. Dr Pichet speaks quite acceptable english, i was certainly able to communicate very easily with him, he's very experienced, having been a surgeon for 30 years, his manner is not rude, he is simply a plain talking,'non fluff', doctor. The people who say he is rude/rushed perhaps want their doctors 'gushy', I prefer one with common sense and direct like Dr Pichet. Ive attached a few pictures to show the result of 1200 CC the day of surgery vs the day before. I can see a difference in the ab and waist area so Im pretty happy so far. Thats it, he is a no nonsense doctor, very good at what he does and very reasonably priced.
In 2011 I had Mentor HP 800cc silicone implants placed by Dr. Pichet, under the muscle. This was my first and only breast augmentation that I have had. I flew from the U.S. and was picked by a driver he sent for me and I recieved first class attention from the time I arrived to the time I left. I spent a total of 21 days in Thailand and he was available to me at anytime I had a question etc. I corresponded with him for months in advance of my arrival. The care I recieved from him and his staff post op were incredible!!!! In the US you are not able to stay and be cared and this to me was one of the things I just can not rave enough about. I will never forget the nice young lady who showered me when it seemed impossible. Anyhow, I'm 6 years post op now with exactly the boobs I asked for with zero issues. He also did a penis enlargement on my boyfriend at the time. That also went very well for him. Hope you are well Dr. Pichet Minnesota, USA
About 8 years ago, I had my first rhinoplasty (close procedure silicon implants) in Bangkok Thailand. The result was awesome, but after 3 years later, my nose became crooked. The silicon literary moved to the left side but not looking so bad specially if I wear glasses. After 4,5 years later, the look of my nose became not so good and need to have it revised. This past August, I went back to Thailand for rhinoplasty revision and it was done by Dr. Pitchet. The revision was done as open rhinoplasty procedure because the old silicon need to be removed. Around October or two months later, I've noticed that the new implants literally moving to the original spot, so I contacted Dr. Pitchet to get his feedback. Dr. Pitchet told me that the implants will go back to where it was because of the way I smile or my original face movements. I was disappointed but Dr. Pitchet didn't ignore me. He told me to go back to fix it. This month, I went back to Bangkok for another revision and this time he was able to revise it with no cost. That's right! He didn't charge me for the revision. Since I was there at his clinic, I decided to have my nostrils reduced or alarplasty. He charged me $600 for this one. Here is my advice. If you think you're not satisfied with your surgery outcomes, contact your surgeon and ask all questions you have. Do NOT consult another surgeon. And if you want to save 70% costs of the surgery, go to Bangkok Thailand.
Wanted something bigger. So I found Dr Pichet. I asked if he could specially order me Mentor 600cc UHP. He was able to. Put a down payment for the implants. I believe it cost me $1,000USD to order the implants. Got to Thailand and everything worked out fine. I'd go back for bigger implants however they won't go as big as I like unfortunately. So Ill have to the USA for XL BA.
Hello, I decided to write a review because RS reviews was really helpful when I was doing my research. I got my BA done at Bangkok Plastic Surgery on Dec 10, 2015. I don't have a definite answer if it was worth it or not because I am still bandaged up and have not seen my new boobs yet! But it was definitely very painful. I got 350cc Mentor, incision is under the breast fold and high profile under the muscle. He said I did not have enough breast tissue to do moderate+ profile. The clinic surprisingly was very clean and everyone was very professional the outside of the clinics was quite questionable at first. I have to agree with other reviews that I did feel a bit rushed at the beginning. Signing paperwork, paying the remainder of the surgery, consultation with Dr. Pichet Rodchareon, and he didn't really have any input as to what size/cc to achieve my end results. I will update everyone as soon as the bandages are off!
