I had an O-lift (donut/beneli/circle) with an implant.
My doctor advised me not to go too large because what's already been weakened breast tissue can't support the weight as well and the sag and wrinkle will be back quickly if it's too heavy. I wanted a natural look so we chose a low profile 375cc cohesive gel. I had originally chosen the 350 but the delivery didn't come in the day of surgery leaving me with the option to go larger, smaller or wait a day. The 325cc when I tried it out was too narrow for the width of my breast. I already have a 36D/DD so didn't need to add much.
I was thankful the doctor had the same plan as me. At a prior consult a doctor told me I would need the anchor scar for a lift and I believed him and opted not to do it. He had never heard of an O lift. After many more months of research I saw the O-lift was quite popular with lots of people who had similar breasts to mine. Dr. Kamol suggested it immediately and said it would look great. So thankful I went for second and third opinions!
I've had a pretty smooth recovery. I've been walking lots and swimming with waterproof bandages over my steri strips. I am only kicking my legs with fins and not using my arms to swim at all. I like to sleep on a 45 degree angle anyway, so I've continued to sleep this way with my support bra on. My stitches looked great when they removed them and my skin has healed pretty quickly. Waiting for the strips to fall off and everything to be 100% healed so i can start with the scar treatment! I think they will be pretty minimal though!

I had other consults before him that I felt OK with, but once I had a consult with him and saw how much more involved his team was in every inch of the process I felt like he was 100% the best option! The consult: First met with his team who went through medical history and general health questions. Next I met with Dr. Kamol. Dr Kamol was friendly, efficient and addressed each of my concerns. I wanted a lift with an implant to smooth out the appearance of skin on my breasts and give them back their fullness. When I researched myself I thought that a donut lift with an implant above the muscle would suit best. Dr Kamol looked at my chest and suggested exactly what I had been thinking. Minimal scarring, and he said that since I already had so much tissue in my breast it would look most natural for me to go over the muscle. We agreed that anything over 390 would be too heavy and he suggested a low profile for the shape I wanted. My breasts are wide naturally. The 325 was too narrow. 350/375 looked great. There was an accidental misquote on the price after and I thought it was a bit out of my price range. Even so I had still been contemplating paying the 5000$ extra based on my comfort with him in the consult alone. They quickly got back to me saying sorry for the error and the price was as they had previously stated. The day of my surgery I went in early and had my blood work done and all the pre-surgery photos etc. They checked me into my room a few hours early so that I had time to get settled etc. I spent two nights in their hospital. The nurses were amazing. At no point during my stay did I feel less than 100% cared for. They answered my every call quickly and were diligent with med timing. I couldn't believe how great they were. I ended up throwing up quite a bit from the anaesthetic and they just stayed close by to rinse my bowl and clean my face. My first day post op I was quite sore, second day I was getting up by myself. I am almost two weeks post op now and I feel great. My breasts are very symmetrical, my nipples look quite similar to as they did before and I have very little pain. I have a little bit of tightness when I lay down and under my breasts gets a little sore from wearing a bra all day, but they truly look and feel wonderful. I still have the steri strips on, but from what I can tell they are healing up very nicely! I have had full support with follow ups and any questions from Dr. Kamol's team. I've messaged on whatsapp a few times since my surgery and they are very prompt to reply to everything! Definitely recommend.
