Hello there,
My name is Bobby (40 years of age), and I'm from Bangalore and have severe acne scars (ice pick scars , box scars) on either side of the cheeks and underwent RF microneedling treatment, and my doctor gave me the needles back to me and told me that I can use the needles again for the next sitting. Its been only 1 day and I still have the redness. Will keep you guys updated about the progress.

I totally understand your curiosity on this treatment, I will definitely keep you updated with the progress, it has been around 10 days. I do not see any pigmentation or redness now. It looks the healing process has started.
My next update will be after 30 days, would like to tell you that, I'm not expecting too much from the very first sitting, I know for sure that since my scars are deep, I may have to undergo few more sittings, Doctor also informed me that, the needles which I have has 90 to 100 stamps more, so I will go ahead with 2 or 3 more sittings with a gap of 30 days.
Will keep you informed about the progress,

This treatment is really working for me, I can see lot of improvements with my tiny pores, scars are less visible now, I'll keep you updated with my progress, Saturday is my next sitting,

I do not have any bumps as such, yes I do have lot more scars than you have ( Box sars, Ice Pick Scars)
How was the procedure itself? Was it pretty painful, or not too bad?
Also, since you mentioned the doctor gave the needles back to you, do you know if they were sterilized before they gave them to you, or if they will sterilize them before your next treatment?
They did apply the anesthesia cream before treatment and I'm not sure if they sterilized the needles before giving back to me, they may sterilize them before the next treatment. I'm glad to tell you that, I'm very optimistic about this treatment, because it made sense when doctor expalined me about the technicalities of the treatment, have tried Chemical peeling, Subcision, Dermaroller, Sellas Laser treatment, CO2, Tripolar... none of them really worked for me. My doctor makes fun of me saying that, I have taken everything inside except for nuclear missles :). and NO this treatment(RF Microneedling) is not at all painful.
Will upload the before and after pics, if I see any improvement in the scars.
