Ever since having my first large and overdue baby, I knew I'd do this one day! It was decided by my Dr after that point that my muscles were badly separated and would need surgery whether with a TT or not.
I also had loose skin which just made me know fir sure I was doing this.
I was terrified to do it, but best decision ever! Zero regrets at 2 weeks PO!

4 weeks!
I got to remove my tape today. Honestly it wasn't great, I almost fainted twice from the scabs coming off with the tape. Not painful to remove though, just like ripping off a bandaid!
Swelling mostly gone now other than lower tummy and sides, but a bit of bruising still on my sides and back from lipo.
Still so happy and I'd do it again! I'm getting crazy muscle spasms and Charlie horses at night and first thing in the morning after not moving for hours at a time, but that's about the worst of it right now!

5.5 weeks PO
Swelling is way down the last couple days. Feeling almost normal, just a few pains sleeping or bending etc. Overall healing great I'd say! The massage is gong ok, it's a little strange and I can feel the odd "pop" of a suture here and there.

Can you post more pics? I'm curious how you feel and look now. Btw I think you look great. I think we might have similar body types.

I have seen your pics and updates. You look fantastic! I am waiting probably 2 more weeks and then making the surgery appointment. Already did the consultation. I'm so freaking scared, nervous and excited. I'm sure you were too. I'm 5'4 and about 135 lbs. Can I ask what your height and weight are?

I was 5'3 and 142 the day of surgery!
Yes it's absolutely terrifying to make the appointment.., and to show up to the surgery that day !!
