53 Years Old - Not Too Old for Firm Tummy - Baltimore, MD

19 days and beginning to see my new self. Still very tender, by the end of day swelling is an issue, hurts to eat a lot and skin pulls.

I am 53vyears old and have had 2 children. I am fairly fit and am not condidered to be overweight. I have worked vigorously the past three years training for marathons and working with a personal trainer trying to get rid of my kangaroo pouch. My weight has been stable but no amount of planks or crunches would reduce the pouch.
