I am 53vyears old and have had 2 children. I am fairly fit and am not condidered to be overweight. I have worked vigorously the past three years training for marathons and working with a personal trainer trying to get rid of my kangaroo pouch. My weight has been stable but no amount of planks or crunches would reduce the pouch.

Feel pretty good. Back to work and have to nap daily. Skin still tender to the touch and binder is painful. Getting through. Did not expect this difficult of a utility but still glad I did it.

Yes it takes a while to feel normal again.  You will have good days and not so good days for a few weeks.   It will get easier but takes time so just be patient.
