Well here it is.......
Left boob is swollen and their both itchy, back is still aching but I'm striving to stand straight every day!! The pulling sensation is driving me nuts! My results are good so far.... When will my belly feel normal ????????

Help with this back ache! I need to straighten this back up of mine but was instructed not to exercise. Now, how can I get this back together and not exercise and why do this binder have to be so darn tight? After you mommy make over what restrictions were you on and for how long?
I've been wearing outfits to hide my drains and binder.. My 2nd drain will be removed next week but was told that I will have to wear the binder for 6 weeks (UUGGGHHHHHH) Don't think I have enough loose-fitting outfits to cover the binder

The photos attached are from day 4! Recovery is a little challenging but I've been managing :-) I haven't been in any real pain just a lot of discomfort so I highly recommend to take a stool softener daily, I prefer Advil over Tylenol for aches (my back was a little sore) I ate egg salad every morning and that helped me with my BMs', Trader Joe's Pineapple juice was a contributing factor, make sure you're doing deep breathing exercises ( yawning was painful until day 4 so I avoided it) I haven't sneezed or coughed since I had the surgery (THANK YOU!) Arnica gel and pellets was a big help, dont be like me and cut your binder (lol) without permission!
I've been experiencing back aches which are a result of me bending over; I was only suppose to do it for the first few days but now I'm struggling with not bending because of the discomfort (pulling sensation) but it's affecting my back when I am bending. I thought the back aches was because of my new boobies (ya know coming from the itty bitty [RS bleep] committee) lol but that was not the case..
I'm happy with my results and will take a few photos of my belly soon!
Post OP appointment was delayed due to the holidays!

Hey Ms. Rosie34, Happy New Year.... So excited to see a fellow MD resident on RS and so very excited that you are doing well. The twins look great...:0D; looking forward to seeing your belly pics.... I had a consult with Dr. Cutie also, lol.... My quote was a little higher though. I believe it was because I was interested in the Ideal (saline) Implants... I may still go with Dr. Schreiber , I just have to get past the COST, ughhhhhhh and omgeezy, lol.... Take care and thanks for sharing your journey...:0)

Many thanks! My original estimate was higher with the Silicone implants which are higher than Saline but a deal was worked out in my favor! Keep us posted on your journey

Whoop whoop!!! That's what's up. I'm sorry to hear that you're having back pain. Does any of the pain medication help to manage it. I pray some of the RS sister can offer up some advice. Sorry I can't be of much help in this department; but I pray that our Heavenly Father would come an place His healing hands on you and remove any aching, sorness or discomfort you're feeling right now. Remove it as far as the east is from the west. Let this day going forward be the last day of back aches and discomfort. May you awake with a renewed spirit and peace in your heart ❤️ for the Lord has kept you and is healing all that ales you; In Jesus Name.

Yes, Ive taken Advil to assist with the back aches, got me a comfy sports bra and been forcing myself to sit up and walk with my back upright which will relieve the back aches
