Dr. Jeffrey Horowitz performed my lift and he did a fantastic job. I was very apprehensive but after meeting with Dr. Horowitz he made me feel so comfortable and confident in having this procedure done. He explained all of the ins and outs of the lift and couldn't have been any more clear of what to expect. Dr. Horowitz's bedside manner is so laid back and he made me feel so comfortable. Everything he told me was for real and if I had it to do over again I would. People that see me on a regular basis always ask if I lost weight. I had what I called my grandmother's neck. Very thick and was like my head sat on my shoulders. Well today "thanks" to Dr. Horowitz that is all behind me. I love my Lifestyle Lift and I get compliments all the time. I can honestly say it has taken 10 off my appearance. I have no qualms about revealing my lift if asked and I certainly recommend Dr. Jeffrey Horowitz to perform the procedure. I only wished I would have done it sooner. It was well worth the investment. I took the chance and invested in ME and I am glad I did.

looking at your pictures I have one issue--- they don't show a side view.
they show a before side view but not an after. btw you do you look good ( and happy) and I say you got lucky. I looked terrible and have scars that won't ever go away. it took me 8 years to wear my hair back in a pony tail again.....people ask me if I was in a car accident...I dated a fellow who thought I had had tubes put in my ears hence the scarring.

Thank you. I am blessed that I don't scar badly but my scars from this are literally invisible. I read your other post and offered up some makeup tips (I modeled when I was a kid and my makeup artist was amazing and I learned so much from her. As a medical person, I think that your scarring could be improved with some laser work, and makeup is an amazing concealer when properly used--I'd suggest seeing a makeup artist. I'm sorry you didn't get the result you had hoped for, but it can still be improved--the things they can do with lasers these days is nothing short of a miracle. If I can help in any way, please don't hesitate to contact me.

The staff at the Baltimore office is terrific. Joyce was my consultant and is a one of a kind beauty. My nurse Adrian could not have been any more attentive and personable to my needs and both of the surgery techs are terrific. This all goes from Caitlyn the receptionist and the whole team at the Baltimore office. If I find any other procedure I would like or need in the future this is the place to go!

It's amazing how much of a psychological boost we get from this as well! No one mentions that enough!

ummmm unless it does the opposite and you are left with scars that make you look and feel like dr. frankensteins monster. nobody asked me if I had lost weight; they asked me if I was in a automobile accident.

I looked at your scars and they could easily be covered with cosmetics. I had a basal cell carcinoma on my upper lip that was being treated with effudex leaving an dime-size weeping lesion that I easily covered with makeup. You need to use mineral powder makeup and a properly tinted cover stick. Apply the cover stick, blend it in and brush the mineral powder over it. I've got a huge scar on my forehead from a car accident where they dug windshield bits out of it and I cover it the same way and no one notices. I also changed my hairstyle to one with bangs to help hide it so I'd suggest a looser ponytail that covers your ears or a curly layered bob both of which should conceal your scars Everyone heals differently and keloid-type scars in a Caucasian are impossible to predict. Even God leaves scars, look at your umbilicus--you were born with that one on the way. Scars fade and can be covered. Loose, hanging skin cannot be concealed by anything but a burqua. Laser and chemical peels can soften and fade scars as well, consult a qualified dermatologist or medical aesthetician for best results.
Thank you for sharing! I'm glad you had a good experience. Do you have a "before" photo you can post alongside this "after" shot? The comparison would be super helpful to others considering a Lifestyle Lift.
