I always hated seeing the dark circles and was thrilled to have them gone. The surgical procedure removed fats pads from the lower lid area. The recovery took a few days and the bruising was gone by two weeks. The results were great and pretty much completely eliminated the dark circles. I don't avoid mirrors anymore.
