Ive always had small breasts but after losing 40 lbs, they got even smaller. I am currently a 34 B and am planning to get 400 ml silicone med profile implants under the muscle. This should put me at a full C small D. My biggest fear is they will be to big. Surg is scheduled for Oct 19th. Any advice will be appreciated.
