Waste of money, disappointment & regret - Baltimore, MD

My journey for a nice body with Dr. Vogel has been a complete waste of time, money, dissapointment and regret. I had been thinking of having a BBL for years. Last year I decided I would go through with it and started my research. I noticed doctors in Miami and Beverly Hills gave the best results but I was not comfortable with traveling out of town, coupled with many horror stories I read, decided against traveling out of state.I consulted with many doctors in Maryland and I really liked Dr. Markman (I regret not going with him), but the fee I was quoted was much higher than my price range. I went with Dr. Vogel because after meeting with him he seemed honest and his before and after pictures in my opinion were ok and besides I had researched his credentials and knew he was board certified, etc. With all the information I had, I thought I was making the best decision. I was wrong!!!I've had 2 BBLs with Dr. Vogel and both ended with terrible results. The first procedure was almost a year ago. I was not 100% happy with my results because my butt was still flat, I had a lot of fat left in my back and stomach and one side of my butt and a side of my stomach was bigger than the other. While I was not thrilled with my results, I could see some difference in my appearance in side-by-side pictures. For months I thought about it long and hard and decided I would have a revision. When I saw Dr. Vogel for my 4 month follow-up, I expressed to him I wanted a revision because I was not happy with the results. We talked about it and at that time he agreed there were some imperfections. He saw and understood my concerns and agreed that he would do the revision at a lower cost to make me happy and assured me he would do a great job. However, he was a bit concerned there would not be enough fat. Since there was so much concern about not having enough fat, I figured I would gain some weight and whatever I gain would all be for the better and it would make for better results. And so I gained about 15-20 pounds for the second surgery. I thought he would remove most of the fat and put it where I really wanted it. Again, I was wrong! I had the second procedure a few days ago and I am more unhappy and dissappointed with this surgery than the first. I have so much fat left in my back around the bra line and in my lower back, my stomach and flanks. Again, the side of my butt I was so unhappy with the first time still has a slight, but noticeable dent compared to the other side. I still have no projection from any view and my butt is still flat. I don't really feel any soreness as with the first procedure. I didn't even take any of the pain killers because I haven't felt much discomfort. After the first procedure I took all the pain killers because I was hurting for days. This time, noting. It looks as if he did very minimal lipo. Basically, I look exactly the same from all angles, no different than before the surgery. UGH!!! I'm so upset. I'm angry with myself for going back to him and wasting so much money. Dr. Vogel charged me half the price and again did a half ass job! He just does not have the skills to perform this procedure and provide satisfactory results. I realized that much too late!Im getting married in a couple months and chose a dress with the back open assuming all the fat would be removed from my back. Since my back still looks the same as before the surgery, there is no way I will be able to wear the dress now. If I lose the weight my butt which is already flat will get flatter. I will have to hurry and hope I can fall in love with another dress, or find a good seamstress to somehow add frabric to the back of the dress I currently have. Thereby, wasting more money.I would never recommend Dr. Vogel to anyone for this procedure. His skills are less than mediocre. It is not worth it. Find a better Dr. with better skills and save yourself the frustration, regret and the dissapointment I'm feeling right now.
