So, I wish I worked out I did gain some weight back however I still have the figure. If u are over 200 pounds I recommend getting your arms done as well because I have huge arms small midsection then a huge bottom lol I am looking into body tite for my arms . Also I wish I used the wraps longer and paid attention to creasing I do have some dips in my stomach. But over all would I do it all over again ? Yes.

Dr. Markmann is the best, so polite, so patient, and his work is outstanding. Let's see I'm moving stuns feeling muchhhhhhhh better still swollen. Developed these creases by my hips I'm praying massage makes them go away but I'm in love

No I didn't , I just stopped wearing my binder and noticed I'm more swollen , kinda wish I did. I'm flat until 1 hr after I take the garmet off

Feeling much better, still lots of swelling and I am very stiff. I wish I could drive and I wish they would take these drains out already. I thought this process would be easier but honestly I think I would have excersied and eat healthy if I could have the chance again. This might change once I see my final results. It's just been hard

Wow. I see a big difference. You look great already, even with the swelling. I also have loose skin and abdominal muscle damage and every dr is telling me I need a tummy tuck. I would much prefer the lipo first to see. Best wishes on your recovery. Most go through the regret stage but this difficult time will pass.

Just relax and heal. You will be better in no time. Keep the drains in so your body can fully heal. You look a lot better already. Just picture 30 days from now. You are right, once you see your results, it will be worth it!
