34y/o, no kids, 5'2, 110lbs, currently 32A wanting a full B or small C.
Finally decided to celebrate a milestone by gifting myself boobies for my 35th birthday (July). I've lurked on this website long enough so now it's time to pay it forward. I have 2 consultations scheduled April 24th and originally planned to get the surgery done Memorial Day week. Oh God have I been excited this far. Even decided not to shop for summer clothes until after the surgery. But then my coworker brought me down to anxiety reality. She nonchalantly asked me "why wait? Get them the week after the consultation." Then it hit me, soon is soon, rather its May 1 or May 30 so yeah, why wait? My questions to my fellow boobsters on here is, how will I know when I'm mentally ready? Is my anxiety about the procedure normal and it's not my gut feeling telling me not to do it? And why is it that during the day I'm so excited to even think about getting new boobs but I'm awakened every night questioning am I making the right decision. Honestly, I like my boobs right now. I like the color, shape, symmetry and nipples. However, I want to love them and I feel like I would love them if they were more plump...please help me with my nerves ladies

I was in your shoes. Im just about 2 weeks shy of being one year post op. The anxiety is real, you just have to focus on the prize. I was a nervous wreck up until I was in the pre-op room getting my IV. When it was over I felt silly for being so scared. Surgery was a breeze and the recovery isn't horrible but plan on taking it easy for a while. Also, not sure what CC you are going for but I was a 34A and with 400cc (under muscle) went to 34D. Good luck!

I'm 2 weeks post op today. Wanted to do 325cc but the doc tried them while I was on the tables and he said they looked silly for my frame so he went with 300cc. I love them. Don't know what size I am yet cuz I was told to wait a couple more weeks before getting fitted due to still having inflammation. Honestly, they look like B's but my goal was a full C. The letter D really scares me

Well ladies, I went Boobie shopping today at 2 different doctors and I've made my decision. I've chosen Dr. James Vogel in owings mills md. From the minute I walked in I fell in love with the office, his staff and ultimately him. Dr. Vogel and the patient coordinator Danielle is awesome. They both explained the process from A-Z. And the thing that I appreciated the most was that Dr. Vogel pointed out the imperfections in my boobs now and explained that augmentation can sometimes enhance those imperfections. If so, he doesn't want me to wake up from surgery with unrealistic expectations. After Danielle explained what would work best with me and my small frame and to accommodate the look I was going for, we decided on the 300cc mentor high profile under the muscle. Please note that I tried on the 280cc sizers and loved them. However, Danielle explained that in order to get the same 280 look, it's best to go with 300cc because they will appear smaller once under the muscle. And this is why, ladies, you have to carefully choose your surgeon because you have to be able to trust him and his professional opinion. Although we go into the office thinking we know what we want it may be an unrealistic expectation. I said that because he explained to me that when he puts the 300cc in, if they don't look right for whatever reason he will insert probably a smaller size. Although I do like how the 300 look on me he may not think so and I have to trust that. After sizing was done he sat me in front of a 3D computer and showed me what I would look like with my new girls. Danielle then explained to me the payment process, scheduling and preop instructions. After that she also walked me around the whole office and even showed me the room where the surgery would take place. Now the hard part is waiting until the surgery date.

Emotions still up and down about surgery but I figured retail therapy may help. Idk why but I had the hardest time finding front closure sports bras. I did find 3 on the clearance rack at Walmart. The patient coordinator at my PS office said it was ok to buy sports bras that's the same band size, small/32A, I currently am because the new girls will stretch it anyway. And I also read on here that for comfort to get one larger just in case I'm swollen the day after surgery. So I bought a small, medium and a 36 (whatever size that is). After trying them all on with my current bra I must admit that the 36 (green/fruit of the loom) is the most comfy right now. The small (pink/danskin) is the most snug and uncomfortable. I'm worried how that one will fit post surgery. The medium (white/genie zip bra) was also a little snug and the zip popped open. Those two also comes with a removable pad so that may make a difference as well. So my next trip to Walmart I will purchase fruit of the loom only. Not to mention that was the brand that was used at my sizing appointment and was very comfy then. I also bought one of those sit up bed pillows because I couldn't find a wedge pillow and didn't wanna bother ordering one online. As for right now that's comfy as well. Also bought a few snacks, smart water & Gatorade to prevent dehydration, stool softener (colace) and dial antibiotic soap because I was instructed to shower with it the night before and day of surgery. Will get my prescriptions filled, z/pack (antibiotic), zofran (nausea) and Lortab (pain). Going for pre-op and resizing this week. And then, May 10, hello new girls.

Good luck! I know how excited you are. I had it done 1/12/17. Seems like yesterday. I'm still getting used to them. Be prepared to be on an emotional rollercoaster. I had 270cc unders. The only thing I wish is I stuck to my original plan which was to go smaller. My ps everybody wishes they went bigger. But I'm not everybody. My advice is stay true to your heart and you will be happy!! Best wishes. :)
