This is something I never thought I'd do, but after three children who were all breastfed, I didn't feel confident and wanted to get back the firmness in my breasts. The entire process from discovery to surgery to after care was seamless. He took me through the various options for saline versus silicone, smooth versus textured, and round versus tear drop. After my consultation, we ended up going with almost the exact opposite of what I walked in thinking was best based on my own research. For my size (5'3" and 125lbs), I 300cc round, smooth, silicone and went from a 34/36b to a 34d. I couldn't be happier with the results and recommend this procedure, and surgeon, to any moms or other women who have thought of this for themselves. Very natural results; excellent surgeon!
