Thanks for sharing your photos! You truly look beautiful! If u don't mind me asking what adjustment did he do? Did it require anesthesia? Right now I can definitely love my new nose even though the tip is very swollen. Thanks again!

I told the doctor that I need a little bit more of left side of of nostril to be a little bit smaller . Now they're more even . Sometime when you get surgery and the swelling goes down , you can get things adjust more .. Everything is good now I love it

That's wonderful that he wants to make his patients happy. More importantly your are happy with your results! Right now my tip is swollen & it seems a little crooked (tilts to the left). However, pretty sure due to the swelling. Again thanks for advice :)

Hi, you look amazing! Dr. salz really did a great job on your breasts. What cup size were you before and Did u change cup sizes after the surgery? Did u go from saline to silicone? I'm asking because I want to do a breast revision as well. I have saline but am thinking of switching to silicone. I have the same issue that you had before with the nipples. Your help will greatly be appreciated.

I just went back to get my nose a little adjust yesterday. Overall I love it . Before I got my nose done it was wide and flat, my Doctor did a good job and he listen to what I want it to look like And get it done . Thanks dr Michael

Breast

My breast now is more even Soft and have a natural look. Before my breast was very hard ,and my nipples were large and just ugly...Here is a picture of my breast before when a got them done from a doctor in coconut grove in Miami last year.. And the other pic is after I went to Dr Michael. He make my nipples smaller and my implants are place nicely in my breast now
