Scar Treatment

At 4 weeks my incisions were healed, but my surgeon had me wear that brown tape, changing it every 4-5 days, until 6 weeks. At 6 weeks i started scar treatment, i started using a little bit of Bio oil and gently massaging onto the incision area after every shower. At week 10 i started using Scar Stick, which i got from my surgeons office, i used it twice a day until the tube was empty. I know everyone's bodies are not the same so my results may not be the same as others, i also believe my surgeons skillfull hands played a huge part in my healing process. I hope everyone reading this has the best results possible!!

5 months post-op today...where has the time gone? I have noticed some changes here in there but nothing drastic. I think they look pretty natural now, which makes me extremely happy because that is exactly what i wanted. I have noticed my scars are getting lighter and less visible, infact you cant even see them unless i lift my boobs up.. lol.
I am very happy i decided to go through with the surgery. No regrets at all, I'm happy with the size and profile. My confidence when i have no clothes on, has improved ten folds which was my ultimate goal.
I attached a few comparison pics of slight changes that occurred in a month.

Dr. Barnes and his staff made me feel extremely comfortable from the moment I walked in the office. They were professional and courteous. He was very thorough with my consultation, where he asked me what i was looking to achieve, went over all the possible risks of surgery, and was very honest with me as he explained what to realistically expect after surgery. I was very impressed with his bedside manner he truly cared about what I was looking to achieve and never once did I feel pressured to go with more CC's. His surgery staff were just as professional and caring, they took very good care of me before and after surgery.
