I am excited, nervous, a little scared of the unknown...my BA is two days away! I have never been terribly dissatisfied with my breasts, but as I've grown older I'm ready to look like a woman! Especially ready for my breasts to not disappear when I lay on my back! Seeing the stories on RealSelf have made me more confident in my decision, and having a support group outside of my own circle of friends is comforting!

Thank you very much, Beth! I'm hoping to be ready, in fact the article you linked to in your comment was immensely helpful in answering most of my recovery need questions. I do need to pick up some juice to help prevent constipation, though! And thankfully, my family is local so my son will be at Nana's house during the first couple of days. It's scheduled for 2:30pm, so I may have to sleep most of the day away to forget how hungry I'll be. I'm anxious by nature, and now I've received my surgery time it's really kicking into high gear! I'm taking my last measurements tonight and will try on my post-op bra for comparison. I'm cautiously excited! :-)
