After having 4 kids (1) set of twins and a complete hysterectomy earlier this year I was SO ready to spoil myself. After discussing it with the husband and finally convincing him I went ahead and scheduled the consultation and from there the process started rolling into place thanks to GOD I am 19 days POST OP today and I can't be happier already with my results. Yes I am still swollen but I am still happy. I went back to work on my 12th day post op only because I have a desk job if I didn't it would have been more difficult. Before surgery i purchased a potty riser and slept in my recliner which helped so much. I also have an amazing husband that helped me out. the first couple of days are the most difficult but gets eaiser, due to the muscle repair u will need all the help u can get. Pls feel free to ask me questions. Yes it is scary in the beginning but believe me you will be fine

Hi you look great! I'm going back to work on my 12th day too because I have a desk job. How was it? I don't have a recliner so does sitting up with lots of pillows on my bed be more comfy?

:) you will do great! When is your surgery? Yes I think u will do fine with lots of pillows propped up. My bed sits high so the recliner right next to my bed and husband worked wonders.

wow !! I love your tummy! It's looks so natural! Tight and slim with a perfect belly button! That's what I want, I want a flat tummy but I don't want it to look like a TT

Thanks Kristie 9901 for the compliment :) I have a ways to go yet, I will be 3 weeks this Wednesday, overall I'm doing great! Listening to my body when I feel like I am doing too much boy I will feel it. Loven my results so far so good :)

6week check up

6 week check up went well! I will still have swelling off and on. Tape came off started my scar treatment and no longer have to wear my compression garment. Dr said I am free to get back to the gym and can start getting in the jacuzzi, which I'm excited about yay finally! can't wait to start my step aerobic classes again :) Dr did stress no cross fit, crunches or weights yet though which is OK for me for now so I can start off slowly. I am feeling great and so happy with my results so far :) happy healing to all.
