Bad rhinoplasty - it looks like he just shoved an implant to my nose

Did a rhinoplasty with doc raynald, the results were bad, it looks like he just shoved an implant to my nose and changed nothing at all except the bridge, i told him from the very beginning how i wanted my nose to look like and he said he could achieve that but now my tip still looks round and big and when i contacted the clinic all they said was “that’s the smallest we could do, maliit na kasi yung tip mo” but during our consultation he said na kaya nya what i wanted. I went thru 4 different consultations before picking dr. Raynald but his results were very disappointing. Seen responses lang din from his clinic. His expertise is definitely not on the nose cause its kinda obvious that he cuts concerns and goes the easier route. I Even asked opinions from different people and we all had the same opinion. Waste of money, no refunds. DO NOT RECOMMEND
