Post-op Pain Management:

Pain was 8/10 for the first 2 days for me but significantly improved by day 3. I used prescribed Tylenol #3 for the first 3 days but discontinued to avoid constipation (common post-op issue). Switched to OTC Tylenol 650mg for the next 4 days and used prescribed muscle relaxers as needed over the following week.

Recovery Tips:

Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate! Drink plenty of fluids, especially electrolyte-rich liquids to expedite recovery. Consider also taking vitamin C supplements to reduce inflammation and promote healing. Compression surgical bras and a wedge pillow (for elevation) while sleeping are highly recommended to improve comfort during recovery. I strained my neck and shoulders the first few nights without one.

Current Status (8 Weeks Post-Op):

My implants are now softer and starting to drop naturally. For scar management, I was prescribed silicone cream to prevent keloids and Kinglam’s cream to address wound pigmentation.

However, now I feel I could've tolerated slightly bigger implants (400-425cc). I probably will consider sizing up in the next several years. Overall, I'm recovering well and loving my new breasts.

Went with my daughter and her friend today and had a facial done also for the first time in my life. I had a great time. The pain was bearable and I felt fulfilled after the treatment. Will definitely look into the other procedures!

The surgery day went smoothly, and the recovery wasn't too bad, thanks to their instructions about post op care. Now, a few months down the line, I'm loving the results. My nose looks natural, and it's boosted my confidence in ways.

I honestly would’ve never considered surgery if I hadn’t met Dr Raynald. He has done surgeries for decades on the down low but 99% of those he did whom I know - I was astounded to find out he did them because they look so good and natural, I never thought they had it done. Nose, breast, eyes, etc.

I only had local anes when I had mine done and I dont regret it!! Super love the result 3wks out but waiting for it to settle more! Definitely the most underrated but best in the game and industry surgeon in the country!

I had a good experience with Dr. Torres. I got a tip and alarplasty done, he was warm, attentive and answered all my concerning questions. I was mostly concerned about looking natural and the scaring (People of African ethnicity must have a natural curve at the base of the nose and we scar easily due to skin type). He assured me that he would do everything to minimize scaring and he did. I am happy with my nose it looks natural and the scars are hidden. Today, people can’t tell that I got a nose job, however they do comment on how different and prettier l look....they are just not sure why.lol

Had scar revision from a botched surgery in Thailand I had scar separation on the inner thighs Dr torres fixed my scar it is now very thin and a clean scar compared to what I had I would definitely see him again in the future when needed
