The results do not match his simulation of my nose

I had revision rhinoplasty with Dr. Gassner in Regensburg more than 2 years ago.

After more than 2 years, I can confidently declare that the results are bad.

# The results do not match what I expressed.

# The results do not match what I discussed with him in my consultations.

# The results are not in line with what he said to me that he was confident that he could achieve it.

# The results do not match his simulation of my nose.

# The results do not match what he told me after the operation.

There are also things that he completely did not do and that I made clear that I wanted and which we had discussed during consultation and which he confirmed he would do.

As a result, Dr. Gassner failed on my operation.

It can't just be his endonasal approach which is clearly limiting. He failed as a surgeon, regardless of the poor surgical approach he uses.

I therefore do not recommend Dr. Gassner for revision rhinoplasty.

Nor do I recommend trusting that he can give you the results he claims he can do, the results you want, the results he simulates for you, and the results he says you will have 2 years after your surgery.

# I am confident that you will be as disappointed as me now.

# I am confident that you will need more operations than he tells you like me now.

# I am confident that you will regret it completely like me now.

It is clear to me that he only shows potential patients the afterimages of cases in which he has not failed.

I am very angry because he took parts of my body, because recovery was difficult, because it was an expensive operation, all just to get results that are bad after so much time, pain, money and suffering have been wasted, everything for nothing.

Stop for a moment and seriously imagine that you are wasting more than two years of your life, going through the pain and suffering of a difficult recovery, and lots of money, just so that you do NOT end up with what you have asked for and had discussed with him, and then have to find yet another surgeon now to fix the bad results of another incompetent surgeon.

Dr. Gassner made me lose confidence in the nose correction surgeons. I believe (and have the nose to prove it) that Dr. Gassner is NOT an expert in revision rhinoplasty like he claims.

I do not trust Dr. Gassner for revision procedures and recommend him even less.

I think he will ruin your life like he has mine.
