Not Enough Stars

From my very first call to the Plastic Surgery Center of Nashville, I felt heard and completely at ease. The nurses and front desk staff answered all of my questions with patience and kindness.
Going into my consultation, Dr. Gingrass walked in, and I felt truly seen. She immediately understood what I had been struggling with as a woman and came in with a clear plan and a vision I didn’t even know was possible for myself. She was honest, genuine, and incredibly human, which made trusting her feel natural.
On surgery day, I had a calm confidence that I was in the right hands. You could feel the respect her team has for her. It was obvious they knew they were part of something meaningful. For so long, I felt trapped in a body that brought me daily discomfort and self consciousness.
More than anything, I am deeply grateful—for her skill, her vision, and the way she gave me a version of myself I didn’t think I could have. If you’re on the fence, I understand that feeling completely. But for me, this was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.
